Atlanta鈥檚 Westside Community

Morehouse School of Medicine (91福利导航) and Carter broke ground October 26, 2018 on the first phase of a new 7.2-acre mixed-use development. The development will include market-rate apartment units across the street from the 91福利导航 campus and just minutes from downtown Atlanta. Entra West End comprises of 187 units through a combination of studio, one- and two-bedroom offerings, located right in the heart of Atlanta University Center. 

This mixed-use development will also include a 25,000-square-foot ambulatory health facility, a 9,000-square-foot fitness/wellness center, 2,500 square feet of retail space and a four-level parking deck at the corner of Lee Street and Westview Drive.

We encourage students, faculty, and staff to schedule a hard hat tour and take advantage of early leasing prior to the June 2020 opening.

Frequently Asked Questions

• What fees are associated with placing a leasing application?

  The application fee is $75. There is a $150 administration fee. There will be a refundable security deposit required once approved. The security deposit is based on the applicant鈥檚 background history.

• Are the apartment homes furnished or non-furnished?
  Both. Residents have the option of selecting a furnished apartment home for an additional $30 per month.
• What laundry options are available to residents?

  Stackable washer and dryers are provided in each apartment home.

• What interior features are offered to residents in each apartment home?
  All apartment homes will feature stainless steel appliances, which will include a refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, built-in microwave.  Apartment homes also feature walk-in closets and granite countertops. Monthly rental rate will include basic cable, high-speed internet, and a utility allowance toward electricity and water
• What amenities are offered to residents within the community?

  Anyone in the broader Atlanta community who has a membership to the YMCA will have access to the YMCA.

• What is the pet policy at Entra West End?

  Entra West End is a pet friendly community. A $500 pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent will apply for approved pets. Please ask a team member for Entra's full pet policy.

• What maintenance services are available?
   

  Residents will be able to contact the Leasing Office or enter a service request through the resident portal. Maintenance personnel Is available 24/7 for applicable emergencies.

•   What is the trash disposal policy?

  Each floor of the community has a trash chute and recycling bins.

•   How is access controlled throughout the community?
   

  The parking deck and the building entry points will have controlled access. There will be evening surveillance patrol on-site.

•   What are the parking options for residents and guests?
   

  Entra offers both covered and uncovered parking options for residents and guests.

• How are conflicts/disruptive behaviors handled at Entra West End?

  Entra West End will enforce rules and regulations that all residents must adhere to. Violations may lead to fines and/or lease termination.  Residents may contact the City of Atlanta after normal business hours. During business hours residents may contact the Leasing Office.

• Do residents have the option to select their roommate, neighbor or floor?
  Entra West End offers roommate matching, if residents do not have a selected roommate at the time of leasing. There is an option to select which floor residents would like to live on, however, there is a premium charge in addition to the rental rate for units on higher level floors. Selecting neighbors is not available.
• Does Entra West End offer a resident referral program?

  Yes. Entra West End offer a $500 referral fee for those residents who encourage others to join the Entra West End community. The applicant must list the resident on the rental application to qualify for the referral.
