Discover the Benefits of Mindfulness: Intro to Mindfulness course
 
MIEA Intro to Mindfulness is an evidence-based mindfulness curriculum designed for 18–30 year-olds. Learn practical skills to help yourself manage stress, increase self-compassion and enhance focus. 
 
If you're interested in joining, complete . Once submissions are reviewed, you'll receive an email notification inviting you to upcoming sessions. 
 
Four 60 minute classes | Small group learning | App-based lessons and resources you can keep using long after the course is over.
